##plugins.themes.academic_pro.article.main##
Abstract
Cereal crops are agricultural plants cultivated for their grains, which serve as
a primary source of food for humans and feed for animals. In addition, grain is
widely used in industry for the production of flour, cereals, starch, alcohol, biofuels,
and other products. Cereal crops account for the largest share of global crop
production and are cultivated in almost all climatic zones.
